Balls2 Marketing has been shortlisted for two CIPR PRide Awards, the third year in a row we’ve been nominated.
Specialising in the construction and glazing industry, we offer marketing strategy, public relations and digital marketing solutions to clients. Established in 2011, Balls2 Marketing has grown significantly; in 2015, we made a major investment in its Derby offices and have taken on additional team members.
Such achievements have been reinforced by the recognition from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in the Midlands, who has shortlisted the agency for the third consecutive year. For 2015, Balls2 Marketing is up for two categories: Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy, and Corporate and Business Communications Campaign.
The latter nomination was secured on our strategy for client Jack Aluminium. The Coventry-based commercial door manufacturer achieved significant sales growth after we devised and implemented an integrated campaign that incorporated PR, email marketing, video marketing and website consultancy, representing a return on investment of 3,932 percent.
The CIPR is the UK’s leading body for PR professionals and the PRide Awards, which are judged by industry experts, are hotly contested.
For anybody in our field, CIPR PRide Awards are the gold standard and the recognition we’ve received over the past three years has played an important part in establishing our agency’s reputation. That said, we’re hoping that this will be ‘third time lucky’ for us and we’ll win at least one of our shortlisted categories.
Balls2 Marketing is keenly involved with Midlands CIPR. All of our communications team is affiliated to the CIPR as members or associates, with the Institute’s Continuous Professional Development programme central to our commitment to learning.
In addition, for the past two years, we have welcomed fellow practitioners to Derby from across the Midlands for a Cheese & Ale networking evening. These have been a really enjoyable experience, not least for highlighting the strength of PR and marketing expertise in the region.
